Then have some nuts a few hours later with a piece of fruit and cheese. Eat a good lunch. around 5 make a fruit smoothie with frozen or cold strawberries, some soy milk and banana. You can buy soy milk in small cartons. You'll be amazed how much good it is and will cut your cravings. at night eat a Mickey D's salad with chicken or a few chicken wraps. They are cheap and low fat. Or dump a can of tuna in your bullet, add a few jalapenos just a little low fat mayo and blend. Have this on crackers, bread or pita. With that have salad in a bag or get whole wheat wraps and put romaine. You can eat raw veggies, baby carrots and even try wrapping your tuna in romaine leaves. You're going to save money and you'll feel great
