Truthfully, I'm not grumpy that often - but I do have my days.
(I'm a little cranky today, but that's just because of lack of sleep....)

Grumpiness is too distracting for me, and keeps me from being able to focus on my work. On the other hand, so does a lot of socializing, and it will lead to me being grumpy when I'm trying to get things done.
