Ever since I first read his story, I've come to really look up to Balian Buschbaum. For those who don't know, he is a 31 year old German transguy who was also a junior world record holding pole vaulter (participated in female competition under his birth name Yvonne Buschbaum). Though he was forced to retire from pole vaulting because of HRT/competition rules, he's now into coaching and trans activism.
