It would be great if this property had one of those wonderful Arkansas spring-fed rivers running through it so I could kayak any time I want to.
 Or, better yet, a small lake where we could have lake-front properties...there would be plenty of fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Then we could have coffee klatch and enjoy the view of the lake.
