My nails grow fast, strong and for many years I grew my own natural nails. Like Medusa its almost impossible for me to keep them nice, being on the farm, gardening, etc.
Use essential oil rosemary, tea tree, lemon, vita E the lemon will help whiten discolored nails. Rub this oil into your nails at night. A few nights a week is enough. Do not cut your cuticles. They will only grow back more. Take an cuticle stick and gently push them back when you are oiling your nails.
