I was thinking about responding to this thread but then I thought it sorta feels like a resume. I read a lot of resumes on my job and what I look for are accomplishments and outside validations.

So I think I will wait until I have proven the things that I would put on this list to the rest of you.

Then I will write it.

My bark is worse than my bite so to speak.

I absolutely love chocolate

I cant eat enough Mexican Food

I take life as it comes and roll with the punches.

There have been very few times I couldnt roll with said punches. The death of my mom was one of those times.

I am extremely independent. And appear as Superman to people who know me in real time.

I only take my Superman cap off when I am home alone. And can finally exhale and just relax.

I have no edit button. I say what is exactly on my mind

Ok, so this didn't go over too well, absolutely 0 thank-you's but I keep coming back to it for some reason. So...I think instead of listing all of my wonderful qualities, I will list my most evil traits.

I am outspoken
I am opinionated
I am very independent and don't like for anyone to tell me what to do.
I have asthma but I still smoke
I love gin & tonics way too much
I would rather log on to BFP than my virtual computer (don't tell my boss)
I am diabetic (not on any meds) but love my carbs
I love comfort foods and hate veggies
I don't believe in any "WooWoo" stuff or even consider myself spiritual in any way.
I love to cook but hate doing laundry
I like to gamble, slots are my favorite
I hate washing my hair, it's long (twice a week at the most)
I hate cleaning the toilet, would rather pick up the dog poop
I like sleeping alone
I hate sports on TV

... that I very rarely cuss, instead saying things such as "good heavens," or "oh my gosh." Earlier this week, I pulled out an "oh my stars!"
... I've gotten angry only twice this year and I plan to go a full year without it in 2012.

... that when I was little, I really wanted to grow up to be an entomologist... until I learned that I would have to kill the insects to do it.

... at Christmas and my birthday, I donate money to charities. I especially like the Whale Center of New England and I've adopted several whales.
... that one of the people I got angry at this year was a manager at the office.
... that I refuse to grow up till I'm at least eighty years old. Maybe not even then.
... I have an urge to hug people when I see them looking sad or hurt; friends, coworkers, strangers, etc.

my third grade teacher cracked a plastic ruler over my head and broke it.
my worst fear is being buried alive.
that when I am bored I like to try and catch 25 grapes in my mouth at one time.
that I sort of don't like donuts much. But I do love tequila and donuts!! And cake!!!!!
that I work hard and play low keyed, have too or I couldn't work hard.
I had a cyst on my thyroid gland in the shape of Mickey Mouse.

I have a VP in my title at work...not to brag...but to let you all know that with all my years in management, I don't participate in drama or back room gossip. What you see is what you get with me. I will always be forthright and upfront with you. Sometimes that may feel uncomfortable as people generally like to avoid conflict, but at least you can always know where you stand with me.

I don't know any of you on this board. I have not had any interaction either in real time or online with the posters on this board (except Vlasta), at least I don't think I do.

I am the last person in the world to hold a grudge. Sure I get mad, but by the next day, it is completely forgotten. I don't know why I am like that but I sure am glad that I am. Holding grudges only hurts the one who is holding them.

I just came here to make friends, I have no hidden agendas.

If anyone is ever offended by what I post, I would surely hope that you would come to me and tell me, preferably in private.

Now I am going to go find a smiley appropriate to this post...wish me luck!
