hey wryly...yep...pretty good checkup today! Thanks, and have now lost total of 50lbs...grin..a helluva way to do it though...grin! My shorts are falling down to my ankles, I got my belt out and am now up to the 10th notch fartherest from end of it...lol...and it feels great!!!
