I wondered about the skull too - maybe just a prop? It was cool though.

And yeah - they also dont worry about needing $500 to fix their shocks. I think he'sa bullshitter bc in an earlier episode, he alluded to being an OR nurse - which was why I didnt believe him when h said he was a plastic surgeon.

I am in particular amused at how each of these women gushed about how Kim could look at you with "those blue eyes and make you believe anything she says" and none of them as of yet has figured out that they should have blind-sided her out of there.
