Rocked This Boat
The seas are rocking us back and forth
Tossing us to and fro Of course these are just my metaphors For the state of the relationship we are in But now.. I have seriously rocked this boat I think it is about to capsize And dump us all out To leave us floating in this vast ocean The vast ocean of humanity Who lacks humanity Compassion and understanding so fleeting Acceptance so very rare If you were to hold your breath And hold it longer Just maybe by the time you pass out You might be accepted by society But I doubt it
