Having always been a Trefoil fan, this year I got wild and ordered the sandwitch cookies with the lemon filling.
The filling is odd and I have spent quite a bit of time pondering how. It seems like the cream filling has little bursts of faux lemon flavor kind of like teeny tapiocas or BBs filled with lemon flavored jello. Next year Trefoils!
