Just as I am without one plea
But that Thy blood was shed for me
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee,

My sin, oh the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole!
Is nailed to His cross and I bear it no more!
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, oh my soul!


Living God, consuming fire
Burn the sin from my life.
Make Your will, my desire
Take my life in Your hands
Purify me with Your blood
Until I shine far brighter than purest gold
In Your eyes.



Create in me a clean heart, oh God
And renew a right spirit within me!
Cast me not away from Your presence, oh Lord!
And take not Thy Holy Spirit from me!
Restore unto me, the joy of Thy salvation
And renew a right spirit within me.



They that wait upon the Lord
Shall renew their strength
They shall mount up with wings as Eagles!
They shall run and not be weary
They shall walk and not faint
Teach me Lord, teach me Lord, to wait.

Teach me Lord to wait
Down on my knee's
Until in Your own time, You answer my plea's
Help me not to rely on what other's do
But to wait in prayer for an answer from You!
