SMOKERS... LETS KICK the HABIT!!

I may be late, but all things in life are possible... For those of you who have read my story, or those of you who knew my heavy smoking habit, this is my Celebration of life...

*And it is a stepping stone for me.
*It has been one year and 6 days.
*It has become much easier.
*Yes I still have cravings, but water or a snack has tamed the beast.
*I don't blame stress as my crutch anymore.
*I blame my own loss of control if it becomes out of control.
*I deal with my actions one at a time now.
*I don't point at others and shoot blame.
*I feel more responsible and in control!
*Yes, I did gain weight after quitting... BUT... I also lost it with learning how to ease my down time at the gym in stead.
*I learned to do things I love to do, and not wait for any excuse to run outside and light up.
*I can go outside and sit with my smoking friends and still laugh, joke and shop talk without smoking.
*All the money I spent on cigarettes are now used to buy CD's or clothes that I realize I deserve after all, it's a celebration....

**I wish everyone the freedom of choice, and I need not judge or criticize. For I once was, once did, and have made my own choices in life. Good luck everyone! Learn to breath in the beauty all around you...
