good morning Lofters
wow all this talk about meds and tummy stuff........ i get some heart burn now and then, i can eat spicy stuff all day long and it not bother me then there are other times it does. thinking it must be my stress level. i also been discovering I can not eat past 6/7ish pm.... when i go to bed.. oh wow...... it haunts me. lol well im still home today, and looking forward to head downtown here in BUffalo NY to some St.Pattys day celebrations. I know i could use a day of some fun and meeting up with some friends.
