So, when you look down at the instrument cluster of the car...if you were to be measuring your speed by the tachometer....rotations per minute of the engine (rpms)... instead of the speed of your traveling car (miles per hour) that would be a helleva lot higher number than the tachometer Numbers that are shown...ie...the basic numbers...the big 2, 3, 4, 5 etc...The number 2 on the tach = 2k per minute...

Ok...I read what you wrote 3 times and... I still don't understand. But...I will totally cop to breaking the law (<--cop, get it? Like how I did that? LoL) but have to say the $198 ticket plus the $200 tacked on top of that for being a "super speeder"...well, that was an expensive day. I could have flown somewhere for that kind of money. But, my fault so I won't fuss about it.
