While I was teaching in Bangkok 10 years ago I was taken out for a Lunar New Year meal. My hosts especially ordered a sauteed goose foot dish - it was quite slimy, chewy and full of little bones. I would say that was my ickiest dish every eaten. Now, give me
any day, any way and I'm quite a happy camper!
