Although these are not resolutions...they are desires...
I hope throughout 2013 I pay more attention...to everything. The food I eat, the places I shop, the products I bring into my house, the medications that go into my body, the people I love, the people I invite in to share my life, and my heart.
I also want to work harder at being present. The world rushes at a pace I just cannot comprehend anymore. I yearn for simplicity, less clutter, and more light in my physical environment and in my mind. That is what I want to work on this year.
