I have a sous chef now
 I've started getting Bek involved in the kitchen. If something happened to the adults in her life, she would be totally unprepared to take care of herself, even though she's 18, and that frightens me. (She's a young 18 - she has Asperger's, like me. We are late bloomers). Tonight was fried rice. She did a great job
