I did make it myself! I was determined to make a nixe sunday meal for myself. I browned ground soy (instead of beef), seasoned it and then let it simmer with tomato, beans, veggies, spices and a few secret ingredients. I topped it with light cheddar cheese. I would have put a dollop of sour cream on top but I was out.

I like bread bowls because it's edible. Edible = no extra dishes! LOL. Though, I could serve it in a regular bowl if I was cooking it up for other people.

WOW that sounds soooo much better than my dinner. I think edible dishes are awesome- I just have food allergies no bread bowls
