Blade, hey.. I'm really interested in those love stories you're reading in the Bible. Can you fill me in on where to find some of them? I've been reading my Bible daily for 30 minutes or so, just to be reading. Now I'm reading about the Maccabees and Judas Macabeus.

I think it is very important to our spiritual psyche to give gratitude.

1. Living on a hobby farm and watching the lambs being born. New life is always so blessed.
2. Darling grandchildren who give me a second chance at being a better person.
3. Two grown children who love me. They don't always show it, but I know they do.
4. Living in British Columbia, one of the most beautiful places on earth.
5. Forgiving myself for everything I should have done when my mom was alive.

Today I am grateful for:

My family, who is actually functional, and loves me very much.
My cat Miss Kitty who just had a greeting ceremony with me after I'd been gone overnight.
My program, and knowing that it is OK not to be perfect as we strive for progress not perfection.
The sunny drive most of the 2 hour drive home.
How happy it makes me coming onto this site and knowing there are others like me, that "get" me, and "get" the butch femme dynamic.
