I appreciate that! It is hard.. I've always thought of myself as square.. because I didn't drink or do drugs.. the only thing I did was smoke.. trying to quit has made me realize that I was highly addicted to nicotine.. and its hard when that craving come up to NOT go buy a pack of smokes.. but I'm doing it!! lol

I over heard some truck driver one time saying how hard it was to quit and how it seemd to be a oral fixation..... soo he started chewing on straws and it helped too..
