I will not let my weight keep gainiing, I WILL take control.
I will not let my diabetes beat me, I WILL make it better. I will not keep eating the way I have always eaten in my youth, I WILL changed how I eat, when I eat it , how much I eat, and when I eat . I will NOT let myself be beaten by these things. Pffft.
