Anything you transcode to MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 should be fine. And even dropping in an AVI should transcode it to MPEG. If you aren't already doing this, you want to burn it as DVD Video and not just as a folder of files (even though that should also work).

Hey fellow geeks and nerds, I heard a rumor that Matt Smith (11th Doctor) was cast as Patrick Bateman in a stage production of American Psycho. Anyone else heard this? Any thoughts?

Interesting to see Nerdapalooza out here in my area! Anyone ever been?
Ok back to dvd's, dvr's and roxios. So I would like something like a dvr but don't want to go the route of getting it through a cable/sat company. Instead, purchase one myself. So if I have cable what can I buy that will enable me to record my shows and games and save them to watch at a later time. Is there something? |
