High: having an unexpected afternoon off to get stuff done around my house and go stroll through a beautiful park.
Low: having two conflicting events tonight  I already committed to going out with a friend for dinner, but an unexpected friend is visiting from Rochester, NY and a group of my old besties are getting together. I never break commitments so I am honoring my first one. I wish I could bring my friend to mingle with my old ones... But the venues are an hour apart so.. Dang! (I guess that's not really a low... I'm glad I have good friends!  )
