What lie did you tell today?

Lied to myself about why I had a stomachache last night. I said to me "everyone gets an occasional stomach ache sometimes" which is true but ...... (read on below)

This was my feeble attempt to ignore the fact I had eaten a foot-long meatball sub with onions and lots of bell pepper yesterday afternoon AFTER lunch (not telling what I ate for lunch) and continued my own smack down with 2 cakes from the vending machine and I WILL NOT admit how many tootsie rolls I consumed after that. I honestly feel it was tootsie roll quantity that blew my doors in because last night whenever I thought about a tootsie roll, I turned green.

I was a liar, liar pants on fire! LOL!

FEEL GREAT THIS MORNING and so grateful to be back normal.
