Hope your weekend was what you'd have it to be and that your week ahead speeds by smoothly. I will be playing chef for most of the day today it seems. I am making a crab salad and a liver pate roll for this weeks lunches. I am also making either coconut curry chicken or sour cream chicken for dinner...not sure which I am hungry for just yet. Jesse

Kids have been sent off to school. Dishes are done and put away.
