I love this movie. I stutter. I have gotten better but when I am tired or frustrated it just happens. I lisp as well. The way that George the VI worked to overcome is just brilliant.

I just watched Fall From Grace, a documentary about Fred Phelps and The Westboro Baptist Church on Netflix. I will warn you, it's really tough to watch. I haven't seen so much hate for hates sake since I watched something similar about the KKK. Generation after generation of indoctrination. Heartbreaking.

Growing Op and The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard.
Growing Ops was sweet and not bad overall and I loved that the guy from CSI was the dad. The Goods was purposefully bad, but we liked it. Will Ferrell had a hand in it, if that helps to clarify what I mean. |

I saw Water For Elephants yesterday. It was really good. I would recommend it to others if you are looking for a good Saturday afternoon flick. Not a date movie.

We watched Casino Jack and The Green Hornet courtesy of Redbox today.
Casino Jack was not as funny as we'd expected, considering the cast, but it wasn't horrible. Ebon didn't particularly care for it, but I had a bit more patience for it, I think. It's very interesting how things in government work, especially since it's based on a true story. The Green Hornet was not bad. Kind of fun and cute and the action is good, but I kept wanting to smack Seth upside the head for his stupid, harrassing, ignorant comments. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he'd co-wrote and co-produced it. Good for him. I still want to smack him, though. |
