Visiting the local wild animal rescue center and volunteering whatever I can to assist in their work of transporting, feeding, caring for the injured Eagles, owls, Bobcats, coyotes..... I recently took video of the coyotes and I howling (doesn't take much to get them going.) Hah! So damn awesome that!

Happiness for me has morphed over the past year or so. i think now it is about knowing self and understanding who we are and how we relate to all those people around us. i have come to the point where i could pack up all the material i have gathered and send it away.
For me now all that i counted as precious has turned to ruble and dust. Relationships, people and love fill me to the top and make me happy.

Happiness was an early morning meditation by the sea and then watching the sun rise over the beach. The gentle crashing of the waves and that quiet space just before dawn while the world still slept was so restful to my heart and soul.
