For situations I cannot control or unhealthy relationships that are wasting space in my life, I bless them with love & wish them well. I will continue to only allow people in my life, that make time for me in theirs.

I am awake and alive, now. I choose to do one thing today that makes my heart sing, that heals me or that feeds my body or mind. I deserve the same attention from myself that I give so lovingly to others.

starting today, i will release and/or distance the people in my life that their existence bring me negativity and are felt as unhealthy.. i will not wish them anything but well in hopes they'll find the sunshine in their days because life is far too short, but i'll no longer have room for those who consistently try to bring me down with them.. i will continue to feel my worth, my need for moving forward and i will be my own best friend, because i'm a gentle, loving & deserving soul.
