Eggbeaters omelette seasoned with lemon-dill butter and filled with mushrooms and minced onion, topped with a wedge of Laughing Cow Garlic&Herb cheese, with two pieces of buttered toast and a cup of Yoplait Strawberry&Banana yogurt.

This morning was a surprise. A very lovely sweet sexy lady came over cuddled with me in bed and then cooked me some chorizo, beans, cheese in corn tortillas. . and I had black dark roast coffee as always.

a couple hours ago I ate a gala apple.

A few minutes ago I ate a hand full of almonds, a plum (my first one all summer) and a piece of dry 12 grain toast......

next meal, which will be soon because for some reason I am hungry, will be cottage cheese and blue berries.

I had an espresso and am going to make another right now!
