early morning sunlight coming through the trees this morning...
driving on the parkway on the way to work today...twice my boss throwing me extra hours tomorrow and this weekend to make up for two cancellations .... puppy love from my boss' dog... my bank ladies.... getting home at a decent hour... my dog AND cat greeting me at the door!

It was actually last evening. There is a shrub in my neighbor' s yard with a nest of bluejay babies......we were in the pool floating on the floats. All of a sudden we look up & on top of the pool cage is two bluejays flitting & squawking back & forth to the neighbor's roof & our pool cage. I look up to neighbor's roof & there sits a hawk...looking to get those babies in the nest. This went on about 15 minutes. Then the two bluejays flew right at the hawk, who took flight away with those 2 jays chasing & squawking at it. Was comical as the two jays combined weren't as big as that hawk...but they sent him packing.....
