if you really knew me you would know I too have insomnia bad and its because of PTSD. I cant sleep alone.
if you really knew me you would know I am getting so worn down caring for my old dog and I am feeling so much guilt over my weariness, feeling like I dont love her as much, and then feeling foolish for thinking this because I know so much better than that and have told so many other people this is a normal part of the long last days to the end... if you really knew me you would know not a damn thing I own fits me and I am embarrassed to go out in public. I have dropped 4 dress sizes. I am in a catch 22. I have no money to buy new clothes. I cant get new clothes until I get a new job. I am on the verge of going down yet another size. I am NOT complaining. It is a joy. However, I feel like the incredible shrinking woman! If you really knew me, you would know I still wear those ear cuffs from the 80's If you really knew me, you would know that my life just turned upside down recently and that I am mixed bag of emotions and controversial figure right now. An enigma. And Both ends can be said about me and both could be said to be true. And I am staying on an island, isolating until I figure it all out. A healthy thing. I have all my tools on the island. I am prepared. And working hard at it.
