happiness -
is knowing that i'm finally taking care of my own self, rather than putting me last like i always did.. While my father's alcoholism is something i will always be worried about, i tend to it on a healthy level now.. i know if he won't seek help for himself, it is out of my hands.. From here on, i keep him in my prayers & always want the best for him.. But knowing that i am taking care of me, seeking the help i need, and making the best of my life, feels wonderful.. taking my life back.. getting healthy - smiling lots & loving with all of my heart... REALITY, i'm keeping it..
