Being adored by an amazing woman, the antics of a certain terrier type dog pack (all 4 of them), boarding a friend's horse at my place (great to hear that nicker of a greeting in the morning), one legged fowl (ok, two legged too) swimming in the pond, squawking at company, and gobbling up the out of code bread, HGTV, a wood fire in the potbelly, having kitchen table time with my girlfriend, XXX beer in an oilcan, egg noodles with butter salt and pepper. warm sunny days in late autumn, seeing my wood pile grow, bantering with store customers, providing employment for women in my community, and most of all.....my sugar dumpling.

I enjoy waking up early and making my coffee in the quiet of the morning darkness, everything is still, I don't feel rushed or that I should be busy doing something. Calm and relaxed nothing to do but enjoy the moment. Oh yeah, and looking at my wood floors that I just stripped and resurfaced man they look so good, really came out nice, it's a good feeling.

I enjoy the countless phone calls my 7 yr old neice makes to me after school. I love that she calls me very time she has a problem. In her little mind I am the king of problem solving, if a problem exists in her world all she has to do is call me and it's solved. hahahah so so sweet.
