and I had to get to the GP's surgery before my tum was ready to eat. Went and saw a man about a metaphorical dog also. Now, just sat at my desk eating the porridge , seasoned with salt, black pepper and butter, that should have been breakfast.

Organic brown egg with tons 'o shredded cheese and hot sauce, beef fajita strips, Fiber One muffin with yogurt butter and grape jelly, blueberries and a big ole glass of chocolate milk.

Today it will be a smoothie since I remembered to get spinach finally...

and prolly my latest breakfast want...

apple slices drizzled with honey and chunks of this awesome cheese from TJs... I feel exceptionally French when I eat this...which I am...but still lol

And there will be tea of course...I still haven't found my coffee grinder..

Dinner for breakfast today. Chocolate milk and blueberries because they are sooo good for me and then beef fajitas with mashed potatoes and mac 'n cheese. A little steak sauce spiced it up.

I woke up full of vim today....and proceeded to paint in my kitchen (cabinet shelves and the floor..)

It didn't really take long to do; the prep work was done...but it's taking FOREVER to dry (even though I warmed the oven to help it dry) so breakfast has been delayed.....a lot....

I've been snacking here and there but no real breakfast foods UNTIL...

I remembered that I got raspberry pop tarts when I was shopping last night

I'm fairly sure I squeed more than a little...lol Not only was I so happy to find them in the store after a long time of it being nearly impossible...but they nourished me (sorta) at a crucial time....thank you raspberry Poptarts...
