R is for my first name is Renee....well, tech lol, Renee is my middle name.

And Bentley is my last name. Then 1 9 04 is when my daughter was born-Jan 1 2004.

Hack. At the time I became a member on the other site, I was working in politics full-time and considered myself a "political hack." Currently, I do political writing on the side, and refer to myself as a "hack" writer...though, I don't write cheap these days.

My name has never been associated with computer hacking. I barely know how a computer works. lol

A long time ago, a friend from California would compliment me: "You are always so sweet and content...I adore you for that." I was always so flattered to hear such an original, unique, sincere compliment. Made me blush every time.

So I changed my old screen name on the other site to Sweet&Content. When I signed up on BFP, I didn't know if it was acceptable to change screen names? (my Gramma always called me "BlueBird"... wouldn't mind using that.)

Lesson Learned: Do NOT ever use an ampersand in my screen name.

Recently, Medusa and Linus had to help me submit a subscription... I just couldn't get it to work!! Medusa and Linus to the rescue!! They earned their Sugar Cookies!! Apparently, the ampersand messes things up "behind the scenes" and sends various techy things all wonky! Oh! They had fun figuring it out...and were sooooo patient with me. But I bet I gave them big headaches! (Linus, I never did get that PM you spoke about... WONKY, I say...) Well, BLESS Linus and all his help... he logged off before I could get back to him... Medusa and I agreed to just shorten it down to "Sweet" and get it over with... no need to change it back again, 'cause the darn & just isn't worth it!!

I've had this nic a long long time. My very first nic was 2QT2BSTR8. MSN would not let me have a nic name with a number in it and I love the mountains and I love lying on a blanket up there looking at the stars...MountainStar was born.

A lot of people call me Star in real life.

A lot of people call me Morning Star too.....LOL..thanks Morning for that!

D_503 - Taken from D-503, who was the main character of Yvegeny Zamyatin's We (arguably the forefather of modern dystopian fiction and a huge influence on the likes of 1984 and Brave New World. If you haven't read it, do so. You won't regret it!)

I suck at creating usernames, so instead of defaulting to the uncreative UserName (because I would do something like that, lol) I just mash together favourite novels lol

Another Jenny? Yay! There's a whole bunch of us out there!! In "real life," I almost always go by Jen, but that's just since adulthood. As a child/teen/young adult, I was "Jenny." (And for one brief summer when I was 15, I defaulted to "Jennifer," thinking it was soooo grown-up... lol) On the "other site," I think I'm Jens44, which was a default user name given to me by eBay when I joined, years and years ago...
