I really wish there was a deadline to sign up because I am ready to get started but I don't know how many to make! Is there usually four weeks between the deadline to sign up and the deadline to mail? Inquiring minds wish to know!

I say that we close the sign up now. Normally, the wrangler set the date that sign up will close when they post the project. However, it looks like she hasn't been back to the thread since the project was posted. I believe it's her first time to wrangle, so she probably wasn't aware of all the details involved.

Anyone else want to vote to close sign up?

Due to some past experiences with art that never arrives as well as sending money never returned, we generally like to suggest that those considering wrangling participate in a few projects first. This not only gives the wrangler-to-be some experience in how all of this works but also allows us to see that the potential wrangler is someone who can be trusted with following through on the bigger responsibility of wrangling.

That being said, anyone want to volunteer to wrangle a new project?
