I had a bit of a peculiar breakfast for me but it helped me to clean a couple things out of the fridge so it worked out. I toasted pizza crust naan and put leftover meatless meat sauce on it with some finely shredded parmesan and finished it in the oven. I had a cocktail of water, oj and pom juice and a sliced pear for some freshness and to combat the overly acidic meal.

One tiny slice of artisan gluten-free Multigrain sourdough bread, with a big helping of freshly ground peanut butter. One cup of freshly brewed decaf coffee, with an touch of high protein Plant milk and a packet of Raw Stevia. Pecan Date Granola, on the side (quarter cup).
