I had to share this fantastic news with everyone:
I got accepted into college today! *YAY* I will start on September 6th and finish May 20th, 2011 taking an Administrative Assistant course This college is perfect for Me. There are no classes; the environment is one of continuous learning ~ there are many computers set up in one big area where students can work on their specific course, with instructors there to help you whenever you need it. You learn at your own pace, and there is no chance of falling behind ~ the instruction is individualized, so everyone learns as they are comfortable. I'm very much looking forward to beginning school and starting a brand new chapter in My life ........... things are VERY good right now

I am twirling on my toes. I just reunited with my son and my grandkids tonight. My son has been estranged from me for 5 years. Then tonight, out of no where my granddaughter contactedme on facebook of all places. I ended up on the phone with all of them until my cell died! My prayers are answered! I'm on cloud nine!

What brought me joy today...
The flowers from my honey are even more beautiful today, than when I received them. All of the Stargazer Lilies have opened, and the sweet fragrance is filling my office. Counting my blessings instead of my worries has put things back into perspective for me again. Music that has pumped me up and making me chair dance like a fool! A hot lunch date today ~ for PIZZA! Marking another big ol' red X on the calendar ~ 28 days until the Reunion! |

The Babies took to the bottle today.... Momma cat does NOT like being inside and nearly trampled them this morning, so I started to bottle feed.
There is barely anything sweeter than hearing a tiny itty bitty kitty BURP and then tiny 3 week old kitties start to purrr for the first time. I'm so happy the baby boy is doing better than earlier this morning... he was so weak. Damn I'm wore out after this mornings chores and chaos... I think me and all the critters will enjoy a nap!
