I can't get enough of these lately. I've found a place that makes really good ones. The bread is super fresh and they use excellent pickles.

Spinach, kale, chard, and chicken salad with El Pollo Loco cilantro dressing. It is excellent, but I'd rathe have pork chops with red beans and rice.

This evening I plan to have an arugula & spinach salad with bacon, strawberries and homemade herbed kefir cheese, with a honeyed balsamic dressing.

I love it when strawberry season rolls around and the prices drop way down.
