Soup sounds wonderful on this cold windy wintry day but I'm clueless, never had tortilla soup let alone all the fixings, what does that all entail???

It is pretty easy I make it every other week. Below is the Food Network recipe but I don't put beans in mine.

Home made chicken fajita with snow pea pods, mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers and fresh green cabbage, smothered in Mandarin Plum sauce. Delish!

Chicken breasts cooked in the Actifry. So yum, healthy but it tastes like fried chicken

with spaghetti squash and broccoli.

I had chicken pot pie. I grabbed the wrong kind by accident but it wasn't too bad. Just not as healthy as my usual one.

Tonight is a dinner out and I had to tick off a box with my RSVP for Chicken, Fish, or Eggplant options. I filled it out a while ago. Apparently I ticked chicken. Which confused our HR person confirming our reservations today. People often insist that I am vegan. Which I was, for quite some time, but haven't been for a while- like several years. I was questioned strongly if I was aware of what I had signed up to eat. I hope the chicken is good. My experience with restaurant eggplant is generally not all that pleasing.

My lunch was huge so I'm not that hungry. Dinner will likely be salsa, chips and guac or maybe a pb and j sandwich.

So far I am eating chips and queso. I am going to try some Progresso Corn Chowder soup. I am a little apprehensive because I don't normally like canned soup but I will try it.

I threw the soup out for the animals. I just don't like canned soup. Yucky.

I had a very nice dinner of some chicken parm and green beans at a table where I was surrounded by really good people. Yay.
