I’ve been hooked on adding cabbage to my daily meals. For breakfast I often do a two egg scramble with finely chopped cabbage and carrots. For lunch I sometimes make a cabbage “steak” pan seared in evoo with feta melted on top and a sprinkling of blueberries (it’s yummy), and now that summer is nearly here I’m going to make cold gazpacho soup with cabbage.

Today in my lunch, I will enjoy..
Salmon spinach salad with avacado Cottage cheese with sliced strawberries Orange cream Bubly sparkling water. Maybe chocolate will be calling my name, after the morning I've had. But I know, boss butch will be coming into the store with my step child. The tripod!! That will definitely turn my day around😎

No carbs! How is that working, you ask... It's been 2 weeks and almost 10 pounds gone. Yesterday there was brunch with boss butch and I gave her my two pancakes. She said, your doing good! Prize to myself..5 more pounds, new pants 👖 👖.
