I watched a very scary movie on Netflix called 'Hush'.
Not advisable to watch it by yourself.... Creepy  The Conjuring is scary because it's based on a true story. It happened in RI. That couple also consulted on the Amityville haunting.👻 |

I watched two movies today.
This one was very strange. What else can you say about a movie that has a man riding another man like a jet ski, using the first man's flatulence as a propellant?  This movie was good. The acting won't garner any Oscars but the dancing was solid and the final routine was fantastic. |

I watched this movie today.
It would have been spectacular in the theatre but it was still quite the movie. I love Margot Robbie and that she likes to portray sassy and spunky characters. Jane should be strong willed anyway. Loved it. |

I just watched The Last Waltz for probably the 10th time in my life.
It is on Amazon Prime. I love that at the very beginning of the movie, in all caps, it says: THIS MOVIE SHOULD BE PLAYED LOUD! It is my all-time favorite concert movie.

I've watched a plethora of movies in the past couple of weeks. Some of them include the following:
If you like Madea movies, you'll like this one. This one is as adorable as you think it is! Good action flick. Reminded me of the Incredible Hulk TV show a little bit, though. Very good. I enjoyed it immensely. I liked the couple of twists it had. Very nice. This is based on a real man's life and his faith choice. It's strong and powerful and heartbreaking and spirit building, all at once. |

Moana. I am usually missing the old school style animation, but this one was beautiful with a good story and a theme that I loved. I think she is one of my favorite Disney princesses now.

Alive Inside (2014) Documentary
Dan Cohen, founder of the nonprofit organization Music & Memory, fights against a broken healthcare system to demonstrate music's ability to combat memory loss and restore a deep sense of self to those suffering from it. If you have an aging parent or partner with memory lost this may be of special interests to you. I found it fascinating what they could accomplish with music therapy vs pharmaceuticals. This was a very moving documentary and I can't recommend it enough!

We went to see Moana last night (In 3d). It was Soooo good. Disney is starting to do some things right in regards to representing girls. The film was beautiful and the plot was fierce and we also loved the soundtrack. My daughter went on a tirade about how this better be the new "Frozen" with an actual real role model for girls to aspire for.
