I was super noshy tonight so I had my usual half a salad but then I had a couple of small apples sliced up and then a few cashews and then some snack crackers and peppercorn cheese as well as a couple of my gourmet medley tomatoes. Water to drink.

Happy birthday, FSF!
Tonight I had a chicken sandwich with avocado oil mayo and pickles plus steamed edamame and the last of the crackers and peppercorn cheese. I also had the odd tomato or two and a couple of Halos. Old lady probiotic prunes for dessert and water to drink. Found out why I've been so munchy lately. The Red River of Dooooooom has arrived. |

It was a chili night. Lots of onions, celery, cilantro, yellow pepper, garlic..not much ground beef and about a half a cup of black beans. Topped off my bowl with sour cream and cheese.
Found a recipe for corn casserole. I'm not a fan of corn bread but this called for a box of jiffy cornbread mix. And you know it called for creamed corn, which I could not find. Imagine that?! I made my own, regular sweet crisp corn with a splash of heavy cream in my bullet thingy. Good dinner😉
