Hope your weekend was what you'd have it to be and that your week ahead speeds by smoothly.

I will be playing chef for most of the day today it seems. I am making a crab salad and a liver pate roll for this weeks lunches. I am also making either coconut curry chicken or sour cream chicken for dinner...not sure which I am hungry for just yet.

Good afternoon lovely people how is your day going?? I''m just about to get ready and head out for the dog's thyroid meds today I think because tomorrow its going to rain and going to make chili with beans and rice for dinner should be good with the spice pack I bought yesterday need cheese though for the topping or sour cream to cool it down...

It's been absolutely beautiful here... in the 70's. We're supposed to get back up into the 80's later this week

Kids have been sent off to school. Dishes are done and put away.
Dogs are fed and thankfully asleep and out from underfoot.

After the past few days of non-stop action...I think I will take today easy.

Good MOrning to everyone!! had a little accident in the grocery store with the tomato sauce knocked it over on the floor and broke opsy, they came and cleaned it right up though. Gotta love the NY area they are so on top of things!! But its laundry time for my pants b/c it got the brunt of it and the sneakers too!!
