Remember the pair of great boat paddles you bought back in the 80s when you thought you wanted a boat? With that in mind, if that 10 acres is as "hilly" as advertised, don't start pricing backhoes before you buy the land - regardless of how perfect a place the land would be for a hobbit house. STICK TO LOGICAL STEPS!

I am aware of my deep lust for heavy equipment. It started back in '93 at a jobsite I worked. Fun driving the big yellow critters. I realize it sounds silly but ever since then, I have wanted to dig!

It was a wise decision to stop at the grocery store late last night. The breakfast fruit bowl was a much better choice this morning
