Where is baby Lisa???

Her mom failed a lie detector test. She stopped being cooperative with police. Then it comes out a few days after the disappearance that her mom was drunk. She has no clue what happened the night baby Lisa went missing? She was with her neighbor, drinking.

Now, a cadaver dog sniffed a dead body on the parent's premises. .

Default Here's a crime in the news.

* Each year, South Dakota removes an average of 700 Native American children from their homes. Indian children are less than 15 percent of state's the child population, but make up more than half the children in foster care.

* Despite the Indian Child Welfare Act, which says Native American children must be placed with their family members, relatives, their tribes or other Native Americans, native children are more than twice as likely to be sent to foster care as children of other races, even in similar circumstances.

* Nearly 90 percent of Native American children sent to foster care in South Dakota are placed in non-native homes or group care.

* Less than 12 percent of Native American children in South Dakota foster care had been physically or sexually abused in their homes, below the national average. The state says parents have "neglected" their children, a subjective term. But tribe leaders tell NPR what social workers call neglect is often poverty; and sometimes native tradition.

* A close review of South Dakota's budget shows that they receive almost $100 million a year to subsidize its foster care program.

Default Another newsworthy crime

But you won't see much about it in the news. Nor will there be any punishment metered out. You can be sure our "Profiteers of Misery"won't be lining up to lock these bad boys up.

Weaponized UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), also known as drones, have their own caucus in Congress, and the Pentagon's plan is to give them their own state as well.

Under this plan, 7 million acres (or 11,000 square miles) of land in the southeast corner of Colorado, and 60 million acres of air space (or 94,000 square miles) over Colorado and New Mexico would be given over to special forces testing and training in the use of remote-controlled flying murder machines. The full state of Colorado is itself 104,000 square miles. Rhode Island is 1,000 square miles. Virginia, where I live, is 43,000 square miles.

The U.S. military (including Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines) is proceeding with this plan in violation of the public will, new state legislation on private property rights, an exceptionally strong federal court order, and a funding ban passed by the United States Congress, and in the absence of any approved Environmental Impact Statement. Public pressure has successfully put the law on the right side of this issue, and the military is disregarding the law.

A 51st State for Armed Robotic Drones

In downtown Carmel, CA, you can't eat ice cream on the sidewalk or walk in high heels on the grass. And a million other things.

BUMP..

In FL there is a great controversy surrounding Stand Your Ground Law and the outcome in the death of Trayvon Martin..

So far the State Attorney, Angela Corey has decided a Grand Jury will not be needed to decide 1st degree charges against Martin.

We are awaiting to see if there will be any charges brought against Zimmerman in this case.

Will there be Justice for Trayvon..
