I met a friend from work and her husband at a local steakhouse
We all had the everyday special for $8.99

I had a salad with honey mustard dressing, 8 ounce sirloin, baked potato with butter and sour cream, texas toast and 2 big glasses of lemonade

Since it was well over 2 hours ago, I'm ready for my Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

Such a busy day that I was wayyyyy too tired to cook...the boys and I went out instead.

The Prince had NY Strip Steak and fries...Rooster had chicken parmigiana...and I had the teriyaki stir-fried chicken with broccoli and red peppers over jasmine rice.

Scoote had to work.

Lazy Sunday with no one around but me

I had cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter and blackberry jam
Also, finished the other half of the Ben & Jerry's container

I'll have to work extra hard this coming week to keep the calories from turning into added weight

I had some home made raviolies in the freezer so I cooked a fue in some spagettie sause I had,I ate 6 of them with a large salad my son finishe off the rest of the 15 or so that were in the pot with some warm french bread to mop up the sause.

Babyback ribs, the meat just slid off the bones, I love the low and slow! Potato salad, baked beans, white corn on the cob, served with ice tea. Dessert was Mom's apple pie and homemade frozen vanilla custard. Good stuff!
