The ongoing hurricane that has caused so much damage has hit my home island with a fury. Super highest winds they have ever seen, 18 to 20 Ft. waves hitting the south shore, hours of gusty rain hitting the East coast and snow blizzards on the West coast. 1/2 the island without any electricity and much flooding going on and there is no chance of comming or going to the island by ship as usual as the waves in the Atlantic are far too high and dangerous. Winds will keep planes grounded for a while also. Prayer is a good solution right now I think.

Rain again today and last night. Sunday is set up for snow at 3 1/2". We may get it or not. Perhaps more rain but it is going to be 30o so not so warm eh.

Not bad at all for a fall day. This week we are suppose to have a 50F average all week with rain on Wed. so it sounds like a good week to me. Once I kick ass to this cold I can go out and enjoy it.

Cold as all get out today but dry parking lot. I am NOT praying for snow it is just unusual to not have any when there is so much north of us and south of us. I guess sitting on Lake Ontario has its merits.
