My two hour nap this morning. And something I've been trying to get back to for almost four years that finally came about last night. *sigh* I'm smiling and pensive....where does it go from here? Hmmmm Don't care. Gonna savor one day at a time like I have for four years.

...teasing Scoote about her mullet

...working from home...so that I could jump in the pool in the afternoon with Rooster and play a little in the middle of a work day

...finishing up two big, annoying projects (that I inherited halfway through and all messed up) and getting the documentation done just in time to leave for vacation

...knowing it's my difficult boss' last day on the job

...3 sleeps and we're on a plane to the Bahamas

Hot as Hell outside I've gotten sick last night from the heat. Got up this morning went into work still sick. My boss locked me up with two fans blowing on me in his office.

The woman at work who has told me she's crushing on me bringing me a tuna sandwich from home. And me feeling bad cause I have no interest in her.

My best friend and her gf from past night at dinner making fun of me cause a woman has approached the table to ask me for the ash tray next to me. And me being oblivious to the fact she sat down at the table next to me staring Again no interest. I had no idea that was flirting.

Spent my day hunting out overpriced antique shops along the coast. The weather was cool and grey until I hit Santa Barbara, then ka-pow! Gorgeous sun. Every song my iPod played on random was perfect, the weather was sweet, and I brought home a box full of fruit from a farm off of the 126.

Yep. Definitely reason to smile.

Sitting down and knowing there is no cleaning or organizing to be done
