Being able to say "no" to someone who needed to hear that and not feeling guilty because I can't fix this problem. A year ago, I'd've killed myself trying to make it better even though the solution lies with the other person, not me. And then I would have felt about 5 inches tall when I failed and blamed myself.
I'm in a much better place and that makes me smile. |
